We have several warehouses in Poland and always strive to achieve shorter delivery times. Normally, you will receive your packages within 4-7 working days. If your delivery address is in Germany, you can expect to receive your package within 3-6 working days based on our experience.

We will arrange the shipping for your order on the next business day after your purchase. Generally, most of our packages are shipped from the warehouse in Poland. If you are located in DE or AT, you can usually expect to receive your packages within 3-6 business days. If your address is within the EU, you will typically receive your package within 4-7 business days.
How do you handle returns?
The customer can return a product or request a refund up to 30 days after receipt. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, the customer will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
